Newell Rubbermaid has chosen Three Glenlake, a site in Atlanta's Central Perimeter submarket; for its new 350,000-SF corporate headquarters. This session will describe the various perspectives, issues and considerations from the three major players in the transaction, tenant, broker and developer. The building is currently under construction with an April 2008 delivery.
