Financial analysis techniques will be applied to a proposed office development, the construction of which is to be financed by a bank construction loan, equity from the developer and a joint venture equity partner. Dr. Ott will present detailed cash flow projections for the development, absorption and stabilized phases, as well as net present value on an all equity basis, plus the impacts of the joint venture and construction loan elements of the capital structure.
