This privatization panel will explore the drivers of the most recent privatization wave by focusing on seller motivation, buyer return expectations, and the role played by debt financing. In addition, we'll further examine the return expectations of other participants in the process; such as those purchasing properties flipped from a privatized company, as well as what the privatization wave has done to real estate pricing. Finally, and most importantly, we'll analyze whether the current environment is still conducive to privatizations
