1180 Peachtree, at the prominent corner of 14th and Peachtree in vibrant Midtown Atlanta, is the recipient of the NAIOP 2006 Green Development Award, the Business Chronicle's 2001 Land Deal of the Year and 2004 Design of the Year, the AIA's Best Building of the Decade, and it is the southeast's first Gold LEED-CS certified high-rise office building. It is home to one of the southeast's oldest and most prestigious law firms and neighbor to the future site of the Calatravadesigned concert hall for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.
