This session will address many of the design questions facing developers today and into tomorrow. What will the market demand from an office building in 2010? What design components can demand a premium? What design elements may appear "quaint" or dated three to five years from now? Will the market even demand a single-use office building? Where will tenants want to locate? What additional design costs will be incurred and will tenants pay rents to justify these costs?
