After four years developing 15 office buildings in Las Colinas, Texas, Little moved to Raleigh, N.C., and began Capital Associates in 1983. The company provides development, asset/property management and brokerage services. Comprised of 47 employees, Capital Associates has developed more than 50 buildings and currently manages a portfolio of 3.5 million square feet and 355 tenants. Self-actualization is defined as "the full realization of one's potential." Drawing from his own professional and personal experiences, Little will illustrate how this concept can be applied within the realm of development.
