After four years developing 15 office buildings in Las Colinas, Texas, Little moved to Raleigh, N.C., and began Capital Associates in 1983. The company provides development, asset/property management and brokerage services. Comprised of 47 employees, Capital Associates has developed more than 50 buildings and currently manages a portfolio of 3.5 million square feet and 355 tenants. Self-actualization is defined as "the full realization of one's potential."
