This course will enable you to successfully use creative equity marketing techniques to create more closed transactions, even in a tight cash market. You'll learn how to create more opportunities for moving property and delivering added value to your clients by mastering the art of exchanging your client's for sale property for a new property that provides the benefits your client is seeking.
