In this first of two sessions, you will learn about market drivers like interest rates, unemployment rates, days on market and more. You will leave with both an understanding of the impact these drivers have on real estate and sources of the information so you can adapt your business appropriately. In addition, you will have the opportunity to begin the goal-setting process. You'll define personal, financial and business related goals, and see how your goals match those of your real estate clients.
