Have you ever sold a property to a relative or bought one yourself? Was it your own listing? How about selling a property that you own to your own client? Have you listed two similar properties or worked with two buyers looking for the same type of property? There are conflicts of interest in almost every transaction. How to handle those situations is the key to a "safe" transaction. NAR's Code of Ethics and states' laws require disclosure of all conflicts. In this session, you'll learn to avoid the conflicts that may arise and handle them properly when they do.
