Based on the 9 steps to forgiveness used in the Stanford Forgiveness Projects, discover evidence that forgiveness leads to increased hope, physical vitality, appreciation of the spiritual aspects of life as well as reduced stress, blood pressure, hurt, anger, and depression. In this workshop forgiveness is created through the integration of the principles of cognitive therapy and narrative approaches intermixed with mindfulness and guided imagery practices designed to facilitate positive emotion. This session will inspire you to transform grievance and forgiveness into states of sustained healing and renewal.
