This session will inform participants about the four cornerstones of emotional intelligence and how they are critical to successful performance as an educational leader. Evidence is confirming that a technical skill base is necessary but by no means sufficient. Participants will experience how to combine professional know-how with emotional intelligence competencies in role-plays. Participants will learn how a coaching model based on the embedded emotional intelligence competencies can have an impact on their leadership performance.
