Today's principals must use creative practices to meet success and thrive as school leaders. These practices must create an environment that promotes student achievement and supports high expectations. Designing programs, implementing strategies, and considering competencies all play a role in making success a reality. In this session, the presenters will share common-sense strategies that have helped Darmstadt Elementary School meet its system's NCLB mandates. Participants will examine strategies commonly used in many schools and retro-fit them for today's unique requirements.
