When traditional interventions aren't working for struggling high school students and graduation may not become a reality, it's time for a principal to find a different approach to help these students succeed. Through a case study presentation and discussion, participants will learn how one group of students and their parents made contractual commitments to overcome personal obstacles to success. A Commitment to Success handout will be provided to facilitate a replication of this approach.
