Understanding how to identify effective instructional practice is essential for administrators who want to create schools that are true learning environments. Participants in this session will see how effective classroom walk-throughs incorporate research-based best practices in all content areas, and they will become better equipped to make critical professional development decisions to support successful student performance. The session is intended to give administrators the "how to" for conducting classroom walk-throughs that support teacher growth instead of being evaluative only.
