Many administrators and teachers haven't been trained to work with a growing population of English language learners (ELLs). Participants will be introduced to forming a professional leadership community to address this need. They will learn how to build community through engaging in critical dialogue and learning projects. Topics will include collaboratively creating an assessment to identify the learning needs of the leadership community and using results to guide its programming.
