Current research indicates that secondary teachers often feel unsuccessful in motivating their students to engage in learning. This presentation will focus on implementing literacy leadership teams and providing professional development to improve teachers' sense of efficacy and ultimately engage students in learning. Participants will engage in discussion and receive materials to help them return to their schools and begin the process of change.
