A demographic shift caused Cumming Elementary School in Georgia to quickly become a school with a large Latino population. This session's presenters will share the facts, feelings, and strategies used to redesign the leadership team to meet the demands of a diverse school population. The school-based leadership team accepts no excuses and holds high expectations. Numerous state and national awards attest to the success of all learners.
