As a successful African-American commercial real estate entrepreneur, Quintin Primo has been at the center of the topic of diversity for his entire professional life. Diversity is not just a buzzword to him. As chairman and chief executive officer of Capri Capital Partners in Chicago, Primo set out in the early 90s to create a diversified company that would be positioned to develop America's emerging urban markets that were diversifying at a tremendous rate. With America's population expected to grow by 120 million people by 2050, 90 percent of which will be minorities, Primo is establishing standards to meet the needs of the new America.
