This not-to-be-missed session will utilize a multimedia presentation to provide insight and information as to why and how the USGBC's LEED® for Existing Buildings Green Building Rating System will become the standard that creates value for investment grade office buildings. Combining a lively and interactive opening presentation with real life examples and recent case studies will provide audience members with a desire to implement green initiatives to increase value while being motivated to avoid the downside risk of being viewed as a "brown" building.
