As research in neuroscience delves deeper into the function of the mind and the brain, remarkable insights are now being revealed about how intention, meditation and contemplative practices enhance the mind and body. Discoveries about our mental health and physical well–being are being linked to our neural circuitry so that we now have the tools to better facilitate personal change and manage our internal universe. We'll pay special attention to the concept of unlearning (pruning) and learning (sprouting) in the transformative process as a means to uncover its true neurobiology. We'll also explore the fascinating connection between energy psychology and the mind/body phenomenon as a neural integration process. In addition, find out how mental rehearsal, meditation, and intentional mind training, can physically prepare the brain and body ahead of an actual experience.
