The brain is remarkably dependent upon adequate specific nutrients. Deficiency of essential nutrients leads to erratic serotonin production and imbalances in a wide variety of neurochemicals. Toxic chemicals, such as monosodium glutamate, aggravate an already compromised brain metabolism. One third of Americans are also sensitive to gluten. You will learn critical nutritional interventions and integrate a variety of techniques for safe effective treatment of several common problems. An optimal nutritional program for health and longevity will be suggested.
