This intensive workshop will focus on the biochemical and behavioral aspects of mood. Participants will learn dynamics that alter biochemistry, including genetics and environmental factors as well as the ramifications of "brain chemical imbalances." We will look at how diet, nutrition, activity, spiritual practices and thoughts can be used to enhance biochemistry and minimize negative behaviors.
