Recent decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court can influence the creation of cyber bullying policies by schools and school districts. This session will include an introduction to the four seminal U.S. Supreme Court decisions dealing with students' First Amendment rights and cyber bullying issues and events. Participants will explore these decisions and discuss how and why these decisions can guide school policy.
