The number of students dropping out of high school in the United States has reached epidemic proportions. This session will expose participants to a collection of critical retention and recovery strategies. Four "magic bullets" will be introduced and developed by small groups. Participants will learn about the power of individualized learning plans, uncovering dreams, reducing anomie, and establishing relevant relationships. Participants will fill a toolbox that is customized for their particular needs.
