Coaching for success is critical as teachers identify and implement interventions as part of Response to Intervention (RTI) as well as differentiate instruction for their students. However, teachers differ as widely as their students. This session's presenter will provide a variety of tools for gathering data on classroom practices, including self-assessment inventories and walk-through protocols. Participants will learn how to use data to develop specific plans for supporting the diverse needs of teachers. The session will thus share the entire process--from data collection to specific coaching strategies.
