This session will be packed with strategies for success with difficult parents. Participants will learn four things never to do with difficult parents and a seven-step approach to conflict resolution and fostering community with even the toughest parents. The session will be fast-paced, featuring multimedia clips, fun, information, handouts, and tools participants will be able to use immediately to create caring school communities.
