This session's presenter will explain how he and colleagues from a variety of schools and sectors in Scotland have created a sustainable community of learning using free Web tools. The Access Network originally met quarterly in a school and now meets every two weeks via Web conference. The presenter will discuss issues involved in bringing educators together across traditional boundaries and will demonstrate tools that anyone can use to enhance professionals' knowledge and skills.
