This interactive session will address the growing adolescent brain and how teachers can use the latest research to engage and accelerate the learning of all students. Participants will explore the integration of youth culture, understand the development and use of language by adolescents, and consider how teachers can capitalize on using the student voice in planning and delivering instruction to middle and high school students.
