This interactive session will focus on a successful new-teacher seminar model with specific collaboration and discussion techniques designed to support and retain new hires. The presenters will share current research and their strategies to support new teachers beyond graduation and into the first years of teaching in a safe, nonsupervisory environment. Participants will receive a framework for an effective and easy-to-implement partnership.
