As leaders prepare students for success in life beyond school, a key ingredient is how to succeed in the face of adversity. In this session, participants will learn how to strengthen leader and student resilience in 10 areas. Drawing on real-life stories of resilience and Jerry Patterson's ASCD book on the topic, participants will discuss proven, concrete strategies that help them grow stronger in tough times so they, in turn, can develop resilient students.
