"What did you learn today?" "How did you solve that problem?" These questions are only the beginning of promoting reflection in the classroom. This presentation will explore strategies for creating a reflective classroom and the benefits for students who learn in environments that cultivate reflective practice. Participants will examine how to support student awareness of thinking so students develop as self-regulated learners who can set goals, make decisions, and apply learning to new situations or problems.
