Freedom is our birthright, yet years of traumatic experiences and exposure to physical, psychological, and social toxins make it difficult to get in touch with that innate freedom of expressing our natural abilities to heal ourselves, our clients, and our environment. Even with the most skilled help, many find it difficult to make changes in their thinking, behavior, or the ways in which they handle emotions or challenge. Fortunately, we can reclaim our inherent ability to heal by balancing the laterality of the brain, using a series of emotional body switches rooted in the meridian system of the body, and utilizing a rapid method for focusing attention and intention.
