We have all had the experience of being out of sync. While both reflect degrees of attunement, we prefer to see ourselves as attuned to others, and pathologize the opposite as "misattunement." By understanding the neurobiology of relatedness and using therapeutic strategies, we can learn how to decode the messages, or wisdom, embodied in our attunements to help our clients heal. Designed to teach strategies on how to receive somatic messages, this session can enhance the therapist-client experience.
