When have you ever had the opportunity to meet with the person intimately familiar with a law that you have to follow? And when have you had a chance for a one-on-one consultation with him? Many CHA members do not yet fully comply with the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA) (15 U.S.C. 1451- 1461). The CHA Standards and Technology Task Force is presenting both a non-technical explanation on the FPLA and follow up one-to-one counseling for those with problem labels.
