Shipping Policy


Shipping Service Level Options

We currently offer two service levels for orders within the United States:
Regular and Express
  • Regular service option: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 7 to 10 business days after it has been processed.
  • Express service option: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 2 to 3 business days after it has been processed. Note: For orders placed during the weekend, allow one business day for processing and two business days for delivery.
We currently offer two service levels for orders to Canada and Mexico:

  • Regular service option: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 7 to 10 business days after it has been processed.
  • Express service option: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 3 to 4 business days after it has been processed. Note: For orders placed during the weekend, allow one business day for processing and two business days for delivery.
We currently offer one service level for international orders:
Priority
  • Priority service option: Your estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days after it has been processed.
Shipping Restrictions are as follows
  • PlaybackNow cannot ensure that orders to Canadian, Mexican and other International addresses will be delivered within the Standard service window.

Shipping is calculated by dollar amount spent.

Express Shipping
If we receive your order by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday, our goal is to have your order picked, packed, and shipped the same day.


Order Tracking and Delivery
For all orders shipped by UPS, you can track your package as it makes its way to its final address. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation with a tracking or delivery confirmation number.
You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:
  • Click the link on your shipping confirmation e-mail to track your order via our carriers' Web sites and enter your tracking number.
  • Call customer service at 1-800-241-7785.
  • E-mail us at info@playbacknow.com for a status update.


Return Policy
Order with confidence - PlaybackNow brings to you the highest quality recordings possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-800-241-7785 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
All products must be returned in new condition including any manuals that shipped with the product.
Please note that Playback Now does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
  • Product that is custom configured to your specifications, custom MP3 or Audiobook CDs
  • Devices such as iPodsĀ® or memory sticks
  • Electronic downloads
